Museum members can join us for a tour of From Pineapple to Pañuelo: Philippine Textiles, led by Angela Crenshaw, guest curator of this exhibition. Angela is an art historian, curator and educator, specializing in dress and textiles. This exhibition focuses on semitransparent textiles from the Philippines; made from pineapple leaf fibers (piña) and banana plant fibers (abacá).
