Ink stamped box with "AUTH. NO." filled in in pencil with "PH-28-64" in lower left corner. Ink stamped box wtih "GORHAM CORPORATION / DESIGNED BY / DATE" filled in in pencil with "A. FRENCH / AUG 27, 1964 " in lower right corner with "JRP" in pencil above. In pencil to left of drawing: "THIS DRAWING FOR WOOD MANUFACTURER ONLY" and "This edge to be / square with / vertical.". In pencil along right side of drawing to note measurments, "Dia - 8"" marks diameter of plate, "4" marks radius of plate, "3/16" marks thickness of wood turned side walls, "13/16" marks height of plate, "1" marks height of wood socket, "1/2" marks radius of socket, "7/8" marks top radius of socket.
