Ink stamped box with "AUTH. NO." filled in in pencil with "PH-32-64" in lower left corner. Ink stamped box wtih "GORHAM CORPORATION / DESIGNED BY / DATE" filled in in pencil with "A. FRENCH / AUG 28, 1964" in lower right corner. In pencil to lower left of drawing, "NOTE REVISED EDITION OF / DRAWING DATED / 3 JAN 1964" with "walnut and brass candlestick / Gorham Giftware" below drawing. In pencil around right side of drawing, "1 9/16" marks radius of socket, "4 9/16" marks height of candlestick, "2" marks radius of base.
