"1 3/8"" marks height of lid, "1 9/16"" marks height of dish. Data field at bottom margin filled in, in ink, with "BODY 10 x 12 1/2 G.032 / STAMP 24348 / EMBOSSING 23095" in left column, "DRAWN BY J.S." in center column.
