On plan view "ENGRAVED" "PIERCED" and "EMBOSSED" with arrow pointing to parts of rim. "IN FOUR DIVISIONS" at center of plan view. To upper right is a key to colored pencils, blue line marked "EMBOSSED" and orange line marked "PIERCED". To left of profile view "GA.016".
